Okay now that I have found out shes holding when should I transfer her to a tank alone? And when I do am I supposed to 'temp' her like you do when you first get them? She probably been holding for a good week and a half but I just set this new tank up lastnight is there going to be enough time for the water to get in the right conditions for her before I need to transfer her?? Please help it's both of ours first time!!

Make or get an egg tumbler put the eggs in it with a air put look up eggtumbler on ebay or youtube and make one then you will not have to move her from the pre-established tank then feed her a good amount you should be fine.

transfer some of the water from the main tank to the QT tank...(top off the main tank water when done)

Setup equipment (heater, filters..etc ..hiding spot)

Put some of the bio media into that filter too to help prevent it from cycling.

Once everything is ready and setup within a few hour....net her out and move her into the QT tank. No need to acclimate her as everything including temperature is same and water parameter.

Not really it takes at least a full week for bio back to form on the filter it can be air born or intro but it take a little bit to take hold you do not want to stress her out any more then you have 2 the spikes from cycling will most likely not be good for the fish or the eggs remember the eggs are little fish in progress the cycling spikes may affect them as well . that is what i think if you have the Qt tank up and running for a wial may be it would be different.

And it may still cycle.
