Weird Jungle Val
My Jungle Val used to grow like crazy! I snipped the runners off because it seemed like they were taking nutrients from the mother plant. Ever since I've done that and pruned my Jungle Val, it seems like I have 1 leaf that continues to grow, no other leaves grow.
My tank has T5HO lighting (battling black beard algae atm), EcoComplete Substrate, Wisteria, Anubias Nana, Crypt Tropiica, Crypt Undulata, and Java Fern. Could it be allelopathy, although I doubt it. I've placed 4 root tabs in my tank since I rescaped (1 week ago).

They will start growing again, i had to trim my Vals also. That caused them to send out more runners faster. i believe it will take some time to heal the wounds left by the cut, but once they do they should start growing again.

Give them some time. In my experience, when disturbed too much, either by moving or in this case the cutting of runners jungle val will go dormant for a while. Once it gets established it will start to grow again. There are other plants like crypts that are also sensitive to disturbance.
