i have a question i got some nice flat and round rocks from out sid to go in my african cichlid tank that i am going to be setting up and i put them in water for one day then boiled them, do think they would be ready to go in the fish tank or should i put them in water some more?
yea i thought that soaking the rocks and boiling them would be good enough to go in the tank, thanks for getting back to me.
where did you get the blue emperor and penguin tetras can find them any where.
yea they dont supply the blue emperor and penguin tetras in the fish stores here, i might be able to find some on www.aquabid.com there are all kinds of fish on there but shipping is alot, but there are quite a few with free shipping.
Hey what kind of dirt do you use?
Hi, your guppies look wonderful! How do you keep them from getting the Ich (the first weeks right after introducing them into the tank and afterwards)? The guppies in my aquarium are the fry of a female which died 3 days after giving birth. They seem to be imune to the disease. In the past, I've bought about 15 guppies from 3 or 4 different shops, all the fish died from the ich. The acclimation was done correctly. I have a pH of 8.3, temperature of 77-78 F and all my parameters are correct. Thank you.
