Aquarium Adventure is where I go usually. There and Pet Smart/Co.. Unfortunately there is no better alternative that I know of. I actually dont really like AA because they are expensive and I often get unhealthy fish and have to replace them. Yesterday I was at AA and ALL fish and plants were half off. I spent like over $100 on live goods. I'm in Arlington Heights.. Where are you? I have 6 zebra danios I need to donate to a good home if you know anyone. And also a good place to find good fish is on Craig's List. There are breeder guys with high quality tropical fish if you look for them. Probably not the cheapest but most likely the best quality. I'm probably going to get some Rainbows from a breeder I found on CL..
