My fisrt planted tank 2.5g is doing fine, but unfortunately my Anubias is having issues and I truly do not know what could be.

I am thinking that it could be the following:

Melting?

Excess dosage? 5 drops of Flourish Excell & Flourish Iron twice a week.

Too much light? Using a small compact fluorescent buld.

I need assistance on when and what amount of dosage I should perform on my 3 week old 2.5g planted tank. So far I think I am definitely doing something wrong since my Anubias is developing some holes along with brown spots on a couple of its leaves. I am dosing for now Flourish Excel and Flourish Iron once a week.

Well, after 6 years of fish keeping (fish only), I have finally made the leap of faith and started my first planted aquarium!! Please let me know what you think.
