Planted tank help

I just recently added some plants to my fish tank. When I bought them I was told that they were pretty hardy plants and were perfect for the beginner. I just have a normal gravel substrate and I just recently added some flourish tabs for the plants. I was wondering if and what light should I use for the tank? It's a 29 gallon high.
