U can go te cheap route and use a co2 canister for paintball that's just like 20 bucks the regulator also paintball equipment depend on wat u get usually 50-60 bucks and the hose to connect like 5 bucks maybe and then buy a co2 bubble defuse like 50-100 depending on wat u get. Hate to be that guy mike but you will need a co2 tank. The only thing that is bad about the red sea is the needle valve, I've never actually had one but I have read that it is incosistent and will need to be replaced soon with a better one.

If you want to go the inexpensive route and you dont care about the looks of the system (ie because you're setting the co2 system on your kitchen counter or displaying your tank with no cabinet under your tank) then you can use this type of system

http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/showthread.php?t=115850

this is very cost effective way to get co2 in your system.  with an average 24 oz paint ball canister  at 3 bubbles per second, you can have your co2 running 8 hours a day for 105 days.  thats practically 3 months and 1 week.  to recharge the tank it might only cost you 4 to 6 dollars or less.  very very good way to get co2 system for less than 50 dollars
