What size is the tank?  Is it planted?  Heavily or lightly?

These factors will make a difference.

Hmmm... I wouldn't suggest putting Angels, a red tailed shark, or german blue rams in there.  The shark and angels will very quickly out grow a ten gallon and become aggressive themselves.

The best possible solution to cut down on aggression between these two is to have separate areas for them to retreat to, one on each side of the tank, with something obstructing their view of each other.

Unfortunately, if I've done my homework right both the auratas and acei will outgrow this tank as well.

Hope this helps a bit.
