i like nls alot plus it last forever, its alittle bit pricey but u get what u paid for, also im not a big fan of omega IMO

I use hikari and omega both high in protein and great for the fish.

I custom blend my flake food from AngelfishUSA.com, using a combination of Earthworm flake, Egg flake, Brine Shrimp flake and Veggie Flake, as well as raising live Brine Shrimp (fed Live Phytoplankton and Rotifers and a blend of Spirulina and Chlorella algae), and live California Blackworms.  I also use frozen and freeze-dried bloodworms, Daphnia, and tiny mysis shrimp.

I figure a varied diet with live/frozen foods is the reason my Cardinal Tetras are spawning...so I'm going to keep doing what works :)
