What the..... Why would you do that? Cocoa is a fertilizer or what?

cocoa is husks of coconuts groun down kinda resembles "hairy" compost.

the reason for using cannot find anything in the garden center without fertilizers added to it.

cocoas main use as far as I can see is to grow regular plant and veg hydroponically.
