im not sure about superglue but usually if you let "glue" dry and cure for 3-6 days (maybe more maybe less) then it is fine and will not leach toxins into the water. It's a good idea to rinse the tank a bunch of times also to wash out any contaminates or chemicals. a better choice would have been to use silicone because it is proven to be safe once it is cured, but if you are dead set on using this tank go get a feeder fish for 50 cents and try it out for a few days... my guess is that the super glue will be fine if you let it sit for a week and rinse it well but i could be very wrong.
How about putting aquarium silicone sealant around and over the super glued spots.
