Adding fish to a dirted tank
i know this may seem like a newb question but im looking at doing a dirt conversion in my 30 gallon tank, we just got done doing it to a friends 55gallon. No my concerns are by adding the dirt and removing your gravel aren't you going to screw up your nitrogen cycle? How long would you typically wait till you add fish in a dirted tank?

Ive converted 4 of my tanks ranging from 90 gal to 30 gal, I do daily 50% water changes for 5-7 days, replacing the new water with old water from other aquariums and new fresh water, plus a little salt.
Never lost any of my fish, but it may be over kill.
Keep in mind not to over stock right away do it slowly. 1-3 fish every few days
