angels are funny.  They are all so different.  Some are in bread so much that they are very weak and easily get sick.  Others are mean as hell.  I wouldn't think so but it really depends on how they were bread and kept before you got them.  Yes and no would be my answer.

^ agree with Keppler, my angels were fine and then bam, their liver fails so its really hard to tell, Altums are really the only angel that's extremely delicate.

yup, my angels liver failed as well, :( poor mr.fish. But there is a hell of a lot of inbreeding its hard to really tell if they have been or not. i guess you could pick the fish that do not look simular to the other angels in the tank, but thats just assuming they were bread for favorable traits. and @ Keppler, you hit the nail on the head there bro. i find goramies the same as well, some of them can be really nasty and die fast for no reason.
