Thank you! and What are some beginner plants that i need? is flourite excel good?

U can try java fern, java moss, Anubis nana, marimo moss ball, hornsworth , jungle val, etc... Jus google beginner aquarium plants for a full list.  As for excel yes it's a good product

What substrate should i use? Im really beginner haah sorry

IMO a good way to start is with fine gravel or sand and some plants easy plants like ludwigia repens or some hygrofilas.  These do not really need fancy ferts or anything and if you feel like getting some more advanced  plants you can always add root tabs for them.  These plants grow like fire and you might need to trim time to time.  If you want to avoid this I would suggest java ferns & annubias wich you can grow without any substrate because you just time to rock or drift wood.  they're very easy(virtually no maintenance) and grow alot slower.
