I have a ten Gallon tall tank that I converted to a dirt tank and I bought two 26w compact clip on blue/white bulb lamps and I wanted to know if this was to much light or tha wrong kind of lights? I only have three amazon swords in my tank at tha moment and they don't look that great, now I just dirtied my tank two weeks ago so am I being impatient or do I have a problem?

Wrong color temperature and you need to wait for a couple weeks. You need bulbs at 5000k to 6700K temp. and no its not too much light
Too much light typically just results in a major algae bloom. You amazon swords will love a lot of light and the dirt, but as mentioned you need to get the correct spectrum. Even a 10,000k bulb would be better than the 50/50.
Thanks, ordered some new lights off of Amazon.
