The tank I have is 37g 20'' h 30''L 12''W in my last post I found out that the lights I was using were in the high light category according to hoppys thread on PAR so my question is what light do I get I want t5ho but that's high light with two bulbs so my question to you FTP how would you set it up to grow plants without useing co2 I got amazon swords ,crypts, anibus, and some other low light plants my tanks are dirted and caped with Eco complete and I've been using exel as a co2 supplement ... So again what lights would you guys use with out breaking the bank or injecting co2??????????

all your plants don't even require co2.

i don't really think you need two T5 strip. One strip would work

Thanks my friend you've been so much help and I do appreciate it :) you think two t5 no would be ok
I wanted to get the low to medium range

If that is too much, just raise the light higher.  That will decrease the  PAR.

the question is "if" it has adjustable leg...then you can rise it...if not...then i guess hang from the ceiling or something..
Well I returned the lights that were blue and white those were way two high and they were the wrong bulbs so I returned it and I cancelled my order for the t5ho so I have a LED on my tank right now but I'm planning on buying dual bulb t5ho fixter that sits right on top of my tank ... It comes with one white and one flora light .. You think it would be ok?????

weren't u going for that zoo med T5HO?

alot of ppl say it has leg to sit ontop of the tank

Are the t5 zoomeds considered high lighting?
Well for my situation it's considered low light even with two right on top of the tank since it's twenty inches away .... Maybe medium ... BUT it should work for me since my plants are low light ... I'm still new to dirt and plants so I want to work my way up :)
I was but that's high light So I just went with two t5no well see how it goes
