OK so I have had a 100 gallon tank for many years and done great. Decided to go dirt. Tank was empty so I cleaned it and now i put a 40lb bag miracle grow organic garden soil in. Its about 1 to 2 inches thick. Bought me some river pebbles I like to cover the dirt. Have not placed them in yet. I would like to see if anyone can help me with my plants now. This seems to be very confusing to a beginning dirt tank.I would like a layer of what looks to be grass on bottom. I have seen several with this grass covering and I really like it. I then want to find plants for foreground and such to fill it in. I have a see through rectangle tank in other words can be viewed from both sides. I want plants that are forgiving and versatile until I gain more experience. Water should stay around 72 - 77 where it is placed and no natural light will reach it. I am open to advice suggestions etc. on type and size of lighting, plants, and any other information shall be appreciated. Oh I wont choose fish until I have plants then I will try to match them
