no its not a problem as long as you keep up with it if you stop cleaning than that will be bad

If u want an algae free tank u can consider it a problem because to some people it looks bad in an aquarium. So long ur ok with the cleaning its fine. Also is it just algae on the glass?

mostly its algae on the glass but my swords are fuzzy..? i have no idea why i think its algae but no matter how hard i scrub it dosent come off

Unless you have tons of plants, tons of filtration, or you keep a plant refugium in conjunction with your aquarium you'll have to change the water regularly. The municipal water supply is your best filter. You can never change the water too much. And to answer your question - its normal if you want happy, healthy fish.
