What did u do to make him come out more and be friendly i have a bristle nose ablino pleco he hides all the tie he only comes out in the night

nice... i had a regular pleco that seemed to me to be the smartest fish ive ever kept....he was in a tank in my room and he just watched me all the time for the longest time he would only come out when i was either not in the room or if i was looking the other way and busy, literally the second i would turn my head he would vanish in a cloud of gravel. now i have a lil baby bristlenose in one of my tanks and he is extremely shy to and a very very good hider....i cant wait till he grow a bit and gets brave and used to my tank and me...

ya seth mine is the exact same not he will be staring at me then as so as i look at him like split second he disapears leaving a sand storm :p. and MrCrazycroc all i did was give him an algae  tablet right outside of where he hides and then every other day i moved the tablet a little farther out and thats it now he is some what friendly

nice idea austin the problem is mine comes out only at night and is not watsoever interested in algea wafers he doesnt even bother to see what it is

have you tried bananna? watermelon or even apple bits? they will eat anything but i know mine prefers sweat fruits and veggies
