My two guppies have been pregnant for about two months now which is almost triple the normal time period. Is there anything that will keep her from giving birth? They both look like swimming boxes eating every bloodworm I throw in, I can even see the dark “gravid spot” in the back. If they get any fatter they might pop.

Maybe they're not pregnant.

I know they are because I can see the gravid spot

is it just a small spot..?

no its not a small spot.

I had a Zebra Danio one time that had eggs ready for what seemed like forever.  Never did pop and I gave it away.  How long can a fish remain pregnant without having the babies/eggs?

gravid spot doesn't mean it's pregnant , it means it's sexually mature.you should try not to feed alot of blood worms to a fish of that size they can make them bloated (which I think yours are)

I would try not feeding them for a few days and then just feed them a decent flake food
