Snails In African Cichlid Tank
I was reviewin' some of the discussions about addin' snails into your fishtank.I have an African Cichlid tank and I add Sea Salt to my water,will the Nerite Snails or the Cherry Apple Snails work in my tank."Suggestions Please"

High ph kh is good for snails so I think your good there. Whether or not the cichlids eat/harass the snails is another question.

Go with Nerite, I have them im my African planted tank. My Africans have never touched them, but thats not to say that others wont. Nerites do better in high Ph, I keep my tank buffered to 7.8.
