How to propagate dwarf sagittaria.

I ordered some dwarf sagittaria from Dustin for my 20 gallon. Im not really sure how to propagate dwarf sag. I wanna put some in my 10 gallon "nano" tank.

either by shooters or just pull them out and divide it
