Hi guys,So I just switched a light from an acitinic (the blue light) to a regular T5 HO because I just learned that actinic does nothing for my plants. Anyways it's been a few days and since then one…Continue

The other day the power went out and I really messed up my aquarium from it. When the power finally came back on my filter wouldn't start. So I took the top off the canister filter before shutting the water off from the tubing. What a disaster!!!! I had about 5 gallons of water on the floor and on the the electrical power outlet that everything for the aquarium was plugged into. So nothing was working and I had to clean up my mess. Just got back from my weekend in NY and brought back levamisole HCL to treat the tank. Unfortunately when I got back there were more dead fish :( Anyways, I did about a 75% water change and added the levamisole. Hopefully I will start seeing some dead worms being expelled from the fish and I can save the rest of the fish. I will keep updating with the results of the treatment.
