Care Level: Easy - Moderate

Origin: South America, Amazon River

Size: Up to 10" if kept in a tall enough aquarium

Water Parameters: PH 6-8, soft water is prefered.

Temperature: 24-30c can go higher if you're keeping Altums

Food: These are omnivores so a mixture of meaty foods along with Vegetables will be appreciated, flakes and pellets will also work they are not picky eaters.
