Ok so the plants have finally stared to dig into the dirt and omg there are getting big! and green and just overall better than before, and my fish have created a cave network behind all of them which is really cool!  duckweed is killing all the excess nutrients so i have no algae...its going good.only thing i have to watch for is the annoying brown tinge if i forget a water…

So as the title says everything in the tank has grown about an inch, but its starting to clear up now and the plants all seem to be getting brighter and brighter green(which is cool) and the ludwigia repens is growing the most right now so ya i moved some plants around too, tell me what you think.…

so im going to convert to dirt and i was wondering because some people complain that u cant use sand but im going to do that anyway cuz i have sand and fluval stratum mixed (should be fine) any way what should i look for when doing it and how should i go about getting all the stuff out of my tank to redo it thx. 

so i have 2 giant clumps of flame moss healthy and idk what to do with it, anyone have any experience growing it? 

so im in the market for a fast growing amazing carpet plant. i have highlights and i cant make pretty much anything grow. so what are my options.

So i want to get some new fish. Either some more oto cats, or some cory cats. Or basically anything that will help my cleanup crew. My Tank is almost balanced!!!!!! # weeks and no algae, so exiting. Im kinda hesitant with cory's because the last time i had them they tried uprooting plants..... do they all do this? 

So just yesterday i was feeding my fish and i noticed a couple little tiny pieces of duckweed (which i dident buy) most likely it came with my hornwort plant. the question i have not is keep it or kill it before it becomes a problem.....

is it bad that i have to do a light cleaning every week? like water change, scrape some algae off the glass? is that like normal or can you do better?
