Huge algae problem

So it's been a couple of months since i've had this enormous amount of green filamentous algae in my tank and it's really gotten to me. It's everywhere :plants, rocks, wood, glass, tubes, snails. i REALLY NEED SOME HELP ON GETTING RID OF IT!

So i've got a 17.5 gallon tank, heavily planted, not too crowded fish wise. I'm using the EHEIM professional 3 filter and dosing daily Co2 (my ADA cO2 advanced system now has a problem so i am barely dosing any now any tips?)  I dose a fertiliser…

Lighting for a 29 gallon?

I have just recently got into the planted tank world of aquariums. I just got a 29 gallon roughly 30x12x18. I'm planning on growing low light plants with no Co2. I have good substrate that I ordered from aquariumplants.com. I have one 30 inch fixture with a pink t12 fluorescent bulb and one 18in. T8 bulb will that be enough light? Let me know! Thanks.

Aquascaping

So over the years I've learned how to keep fish, then how to grow plants, and all the tips and tricks and D.I.Y. methods that come with these things, but one thing that I think goes overlooked on this site is aquascaping.

Its such a vast topic, I know, but the thing about it is that for the most part, it can not simply be researched. I know you can find things like "Don't center your focal point", and "tall plants in…

My Goldfish "kiss" on the lips several times a day

Something tells me this isn't just cute behavior. Why do my two goldies kiss on the lips several times a day? It's a 'quick' kiss then they move on but they do it several times a day. They're about 6 inches each in a 90 alone. They've got a good amount of java fern on driftwood. They know how to tear up on some duckweed, but I have a free supply of that from my friend. My main question is this, why the kissing?

Precisely why Obagi Products are the most.

Do you know the greatest things about using the Obagi NuDerm type of skin care products? Effectively, the leading advantage is you acquire beautiful, simple, younger looking skin area.

In case you suffer from severe excitable pigmentation, sunlight & age attractions, etc . in addition to tried out a range of some other skin care ointments and have observed little outcomes, then you certainly owe it to you to ultimately attempt Obaji. 95% of people who follow their skin care regimen… Continue

I finally lost my mind

I finally lost my mind and did it. I jumped right in and did a dirted 75g tank.

It was a lot of work getting it set up but it's so worth it. I am currently on Day seven of the new tank.

After set up I filled the tank it looked great water clear. The second day water was real cloudy and dark. I let that go until day 3. On day three my plant order arrived and I drained the tank and planted it and refilled.

Yesterday on day 6 and water had a haze but not as bad as the first…

Best Games Unveiled This present year

From time to time, checks are conducted concerning which with the available video games are the best among the rest. On this page, the debate is about the ranking on the video games according to sales that is certainly reasonable enough since the sport with the maximum sales is most likely the very best. Normally, investment decision you won't become patronized by the particular gamers on their own. Halfway with the season 2013, often the NPD Group released its ranks while using revenue… Continue
